100-Day returns on purchases: All items (excluding those purchased on finance or from outside the UK) are covered by our 100-day returns policy. 30-Day Returns Policy on finance purchases: Any items purchased with Interest-Free Finance are excluded from the 100-day returns policy and are instead covered by our 30-day returns policy. We offer a range of delivery options to meet your requirements. All orders are fully insured for the value of the contents.
We aim to dispatch all orders that are in stock the same working day if placed before 3pm Monday to Friday. We dispatch on weekdays only, orders placed after 3pm on Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following week. If you would prefer to arrange a more convenient delivery date please get in touch, one of the team will be more than happy to help.
All parcels will require a signature upon receipt.
Free Express Insured Delivery - Free
This includes shipping, packing and insurance for orders of any size or value up to £25,000. For addresses in the Outer Hebrides and other remote areas will take longer. Please contact us for further information. For any orders outside of the UK, delivery is estimated to take 3 - 7 working days. Please note the parcel may require a signature upon delivery.
All our parcels are sent fully insured and dispatched in discrete, unbranded packaging.
