These beautifully crafted ladies ruby and diamond cluster earrings, handcrafted by third generation Italian goldsmiths in Naples, Italy. The perfect pair for a birthday gift.

Each featuring a round glistening ruby, within a stylised star surround that's encrusted with rose cut diamonds, set in silver with rose gold fixtures.
