These beautifully crafted ladies sapphire and diamond floral earrings are handcrafted by third generation Italian goldsmiths in Naples, Italy. The perfect pair for a birthday gift. Each featuring a round rich blue sapphire, within a stylised clover design surround that's encrusted with rose cut diamonds, set in silver with rose gold fixtures.
